Express Buy Feature
This document provides a detailed guide on the platform's "Express Buy" feature, instructing users on how to purchase cryptocurrency with fiat currency via third-party service providers. It includes complete operational steps and important notes regarding third-party KYC verification and disclaimers.
Before learning more about Express Buy, users should note that this service is provided by third-party service providers, and the platform will not provide or process this service in any way.
1. Log in to your platform account and click on Deposit
2. Click on Express Buy
3. Select or search for the fiat currency you wish to pay with
※ Currently supported fiat currencies are as follows: INR CNY HKD BDT EUR USD
4. Enter the fiat amount you wish to pay, or the amount of cryptocurrency you wish to receive, then click Next
5. Select a third-party service provider, then click Next
※ Please ensure you meet the service provider's limit requirements
6. Confirm the payment details and carefully read the disclaimer, then click OK.
You will be redirected to the third-party payment page. Please follow the instructions on the page to complete the payment.
※ For some payment channels, users must complete the service provider's KYC. The platform's KYC records cannot be directly used for the service provider's KYC.
7. After completing the payment, simply wait for the funds to arrive.
