Top-tier Partner Agreement
Article 1: Purpose of the Agreement
This agreement aims to clarify the cooperation terms, rights, obligations, and incentive mechanisms between the XXKK platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform") and the "Top-tier Partner" (hereinafter referred to as "the Partner").
Article 2: Partner Eligibility
Must be 18 years or older and possess full civil capacity;
Possess social media influence, community resources, marketing teams, or professional financial knowledge;
Agree to and abide by all promotion conduct specifications stipulated by the platform.
Article 3: Cooperation Content and Obligations
Partners invite new users to register on the XXKK platform by sharing exclusive registration links or invitation codes.
Partners shall not engage in fake registrations, order brushing, or any violations; eligibility will be revoked upon discovery.
Partners shall regularly cooperate with the platform in executing promotion strategies such as user retention and conversion.
Article 4: Commission and Reward Mechanism
Partners can receive a commission of up to 80% of transaction fees.
Partners can set up multi-level sub-agents and customize the commission ratio for each level.
The platform will launch incentive tasks and exclusive activities; participating partners can receive extra rewards.
Article 5: Platform Rights and Support
The platform reserves the right to audit partner eligibility and retains the right of final interpretation.
The platform provides management systems, marketing materials, and promotion training for partners.
The platform provides 24/7 customer service and dedicated business development manager support.
Article 6: Compliance and Termination
Partners shall not engage in any illegal acts or conduct that damages the platform's reputation.
The platform reserves the right to terminate cooperation and cancel unpaid commissions upon discovery of violations.
Either party may terminate the cooperation by providing a 7-day prior notice to the other party.
Article 7: Supplementary Provisions
Online selection constitutes mutual agreement and takes effect immediately.
The platform may modify the agreement; changes will be announced and confirmed by the partner.
Governed by international legal principles; disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first.
