How to Perform an Internal Transfer
This document introduces the platform's "Internal Transfer" feature, detailing how users can transfer funds to each other with zero transaction fees. It covers specific operational steps, necessary verification processes, and important notes regarding transfer limits and user information confirmation.
The internal transfer feature refers to fund transfers between users (internal transfers are free of transaction fees)
1. Log in to your account and click on Asset Overview or Wallet
2. Select Withdraw
3. Select or search for the currency you want to transfer
4. Select Internal Transfer
5. Follow the instructions to fill in the receiving account's username (user nickname) and the transfer amount
6. Enter your fund password and verification code to transfer assets from your account to other XXKK users without paying any transaction fees
※ Different currencies have different single transfer limits.
※ When transferring, please be sure to confirm the user information carefully.
