On-Chain Deposit Feature
This document outlines the platform's "On-Chain Deposit" feature, detailing step-by-step instructions on safely depositing cryptocurrency into an exchange account while highlighting crucial security precautions regarding supported networks, deposit addresses, and token-specific notices.
Before depositing funds, it is very important to confirm whether your assets are supported. Please ensure that you are using networks and cryptocurrencies supported by the platform to avoid loss of funds.
Deposit Steps:
1. Log in to your account, click on Wallet, and select Deposit
2. Select On-Chain Deposit
3. Select the cryptocurrency you want to deposit, or search for it in the search bar
4. Select the deposit network you wish to use
5. Please carefully read the deposit instructions and notes for each currency on the deposit page
6. Copy the wallet address or scan the QR code
※ When depositing, please strictly follow the address displayed for the currency; otherwise, your assets may be lost.
※ Deposit addresses may change from time to time; please reconfirm the address before every deposit.
※ If you do not have any cryptocurrency assets to deposit, you can also use Express Buy.
