Prohibited Activities for Contracts
XXKK Exchange strictly prohibits unfair and manipulative trading practices in contract trading to maintain a fair market environment.
Users are prohibited from using multiple accounts or devices for arbitrage (including but not limited to manipulating fees, rebates, bonuses, abusing promotions, hedging, etc.). The platform will take corresponding measures against users detected by the system engaging in arbitrage (including but not limited to canceling the investment funds obtained in the account, restricting trading, or deactivating the account).
To ensure a normal trading experience for regular users, the platform reserves the right to take the following measures against users detected by the system engaging in ultra-short-term trading (frequent opening and closing of positions):
1. Suspend account trading and cancel investment funds obtained in the account. All orders constituting ultra-short-term trading activities will be deemed invalid (i.e., treated as if these orders never occurred).
2. Limit the number of open positions/transactions (unlimited opening/holding of positions/orders is not supported).
The platform strictly prohibits unfair trading practices. If a user participates in the following activities, we reserve the right to exercise managerial control over the account at our discretion:
a. Engaging in price manipulation or any other malicious market behavior.
b. Damaging other users or the platform by exploiting system vulnerabilities or other unreasonable means.
c. Participating in any other activities harmful to the market.
